1. After logging in to your Skola account, navigate to the Campaign the virtual event Product you want to set up. Then click "Got to product".
2. Next, click the add student icon then choose "Manual Invite"
3. On the pop-up, you can add an email or multiple emails separated by a comma i.e. email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Once done click the "+ Invite" button.
Bulk Invite Through CSV
1. After clicking the add student icon, click "Bulk Import".
2. On the pop-up you can click "Download template". This will download a CSV file containing the required format.
3. Once you have added the student's details in the CSV file, you can now drag and drop it on the pop-up or you can click "Browse File" manually pick the file. Once done click the "Import" button.
4. Your students will now receive an invite ticket email. Then need to click "Download Ticket" to join the event.
